I decided to use Mike Conway after reading the reviews on Nextdoor. I am extremely satisfied with the process from start to finish. Mike's price was competitive, the inspection was thorough, and the fumigation process was seamless. It took less than 3 days. The house was tented on Monday by 4pm and available for re-entry on Wednesday 12noon. Mike was in constant contact and provided additional security on the windows and doors, and even left motion sensors through out the house for extra protection. The service was outstanding. I wish I received this type of service from all service providers. Thanks Mike!

Mike was very timely in giving a quote and scheduling the fumigation. He offered the best pricing that included the most thorough inspection and report. This was my first experience with a house fumigation.  Mike was very patient in answering all my questions. A week before the fumigation, Mike scheduled a thorough run down on what to expect, how to prepare my home and gave sincere care to ensure my home was secure during the process. He even offered to speak with my adjacent neighbors should they have questions regarding the canvas placed over the common areas.  His attention to detail and communication throughout the process was fantastic. On the day of the tenting, Mike took time to first ensure I had properly sealed all my items and secured some items that I missed!  He kept us posted on the progress and sent pictures of the house. The tent removal like everything else was efficient and smooth.  He left HIS lock box with my spare key to be sure I had access back into the home.
