  I couldn't ask for a better yoga studio. Class sizes are small which means Agnieszka, our instructor, can really focus on individuals' body positions and make sure that we are doing the poses correctly! Aggie is very accommodating yet firm and I appreciate that she always makes an effort to make sure we are getting the best stretches possible. She is direct with her instructions and always wants the best for everyone.

  I absolutely love this studio! I was looking for prenatal yoga classes and I luckily found this precious gem in LA. Agnieszka is my teacher and she is AMAZING! I told her I've never done Yoga before and she is always very patient and attentive to every pose I make. She is very knowledgeable and committed to create the best experience in every class. I learn a lot from her and I am grateful to have her as my yoga teacher in such special moment in my life. The studio itself is very clean, cozy and adorable - makes you feel relaxed and involved in your meditation.

  Aggie is amazing! I started going to her around 6 months pregnant for her prenatal classes. Even though she has prenatal specific classes she is very accommodating when I wanted to go to regular classes. She will instruct me on how I can do a modified version when in regular class. This flexibility is very very convenient since my work schedule does not always allow me to attend the Thursday's prenatal class. Her Saturday class is much more convenient for me. She is a very nice instructor. I have very tight hips and had always avoided yoga since I feel I can never do half the stuff in a class. But she has really helped me over come that inhibition and helped me push my limits while being comfortable. I would highly recommend her classes.

  Agnieszka is the best yoga teacher I’ve been lucky enough to work with. She is very knowledgeable and well educated. She doesn’t make it easy, pushing me to do my best and then get me to push myself further. Working with her weekly I can feel the difference in my body, strength, and stability. On another note, I’m 35 with a full hip replacement. She works with me on modifying poses and giving me the right tools that work well with my body. I love practicing with her and love all the tidbits of knowledge about yoga and health that she has to offer. She’s very supportive and creates a beautiful space to practice and connect.

  Aggie is an incredible instructor! Her class was one of the best I have taken between NYC and LA. She shares her vast knowledge and experiences which goes deep into the art and history of yoga. If you are looking for a "legit" yoga class and tired of the barrage of boutique and corporate yoga studios, you may have just struck "gold" by finding her!
