  I had a great experience at this place.. I would have never moved out but I will be going back home in Texas after two years of living in California. This property is very well maintained and the management was the best ever. The Manager Bruce helped us a lot and I can tell this company really care about the tenants.. The neighbors are super friendly and the building has cameras as is very secure. They have a security guard every night and he is also super nice.
  
  The apartment and the floor plan are nice.
  
  I lived in another apartment from AVA and it was a horrible experience so I did my research when looking for a new apartment.. it paid off.. and fortunately they had one available unit at the time.. I wanted a two bedroom but they didn't have any so I had to settle for a one bedroom since I like the managment and the building but even the one bedroom a pretty big ... The location is also nice and is walking distance from everything. The apartment has central AC and it stays cool throughout the day.
  We are accross from a fire station but is ok.. I can sleep ok at night.

  Looks great. Just moved in. Got great assistance from the manager Bruce. Looking forward to an enjoyable stay.

  The Ritz is a clean and well-maintained apartment building. You'll find gated garage parking (with several tandems if you need two spaces), a nice little pool and hot tub area, a workout room, central air, and balconies on most units. The building is not as new as some of the more luxurious apartments in the area, but it's far from run down. Security is good; there are several cameras in the garage and at the door, and a guard is present every night. I've never felt unsafe here. The pool actually rests underneath one of the apartments, so it's usually chilly from being in the shade. The hot tub has just been nicely redone. The workout room is small but usable and includes bike, elliptical, treadmill, and weight machine. Overall, the facilities are great.
  
  Carlo, the managing company, runs professionally. I've found them to be courteous and accommodating, and they are prompt with repairs. In my time at this particular building, the turnover rate for managers has been high. It hasn't affected the quality of operation though, and I think it has just been an unusual set of circumstances. Regardless of who it was, the manager has been friendly and helpful. Overall, I find the Ritz to be a good value for the area.
