(September 20, 2019, 9:56 am)Tanya is the absolute best! So many good things to say about this experience. First, she explained everything beforehand so I knew what to expect and how to prepare. She TOOK HER TIME when allowing me to give her input on what I wanted (not what she wanted) with her advice and expertise. She spent a bulk of the appointment just trying to perfect the brow preparation before she actually began microblading. She is patient, funny and so down-to-earth. At the end, she explained everything for aftercare, gave me a cute little bag of goodies to care for my new brows! She called me the next day to check in and then again about a week later. She asked me to send her a picture so she could see them. THAT is customer service! Tanya made the whole experience so simple. By the way, I freakin love my brows! My brows are wild (according to Tanya ????) and they are light colored and thin from years of plucking. What a world of difference having brows on point 100% of the time! Whew. Best money I’ve spent in myself in years! Thank you, Tanya ????????

She was friendly, honest, genuine, and just plain TALENTED!!!! She spent twice as long measuring and remeasuring just to make sure my brows were perfect!!!! This is permanent, so I appreciated her time! She also spent the extra time consulting with me, really listening to what I wanted! I could not be happier with my gorgeous brows!!!!! It's boosted by self esteem and I feel 10 years younger. I will be recommending her to everyone I know!!! Thank you Tanya!!!!
