Nina Martinez is high level professional with great personality!

I love this location! Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. I have been to other HearUSA locations and this is by far my favorite. The customer service is amazing and I feel like they genuinely have tried to get to know me. I would highly recommend going to this location for any hearing aid needs.

Nina at the Sun Valley location is the BEST. Pleasant and professional, she is a joy. As far as getting g an appointment, something must be wrong with the system because I left voice-mail, I left email, and I tried scheduling an appointment on the HearUSA website with no response. It wasn't until I called after hours and got the answering service that someone got the message and called me back. That took over a month. Otherwise love HearUSA.

The experience was so new to me, my first time going there. Very professional and knowledgeable, answered my concerns, courteous and personable. Great office.
