They have never been rude to me! I have been their customer for years, ordering sometimes pricey men's after-shave/cologne sets they can usually special order @ discount, colorfully gift wrapped and on time for presentation for various special occasions...

I recommend their women's handbags, too...Always a good selection, very nice in a variety if colors & styles at fair prices...
