Amazing instructor. I am learning so much. It is a great class. I highly recommend you come and train here. Best exercise and workout. Boxing and Hapkido are the best. Master Sayed is the best trainer! He has gotten me into shape. Anyone who is looking to train in martial arts should come here

I started Hapkido with Master Sayed as a means to lead a healthier lifestyle, and that proved to be an understatement. The workout is enriching in the body and mind. Master Sayed cares immensely about the craft and art of Hapkido, about carrying on the art of Hapkido, and most of all, teaching it to his students.

I’ve not been in a martial arts class before, and I’m not sure I ever will again — because Master Sayed is my Master for life!

Since 1992 Master Sayed has trained me and my daughter. There are many instructors out there. I have stayed with Master Sayed this long due to his kindness, patience and attention to details. This has been the best place to train. I recommend it especially to women students.

Master Sayed is an excellent teacher and really knows his stuff. The gym space is welcoming, clean, and has all the equipment you could ask for. The powerboxing classes are a great way to work up a sweat & get a good workout. I always come away from hapkido classes feeling like I've improved my techniques and that I've learned something. I will be sticking with American Hapkido Karate for as long as I can see going forward! Thank you Master Sayed!!
