  I wanted to commend Edgar Marsikyan and his crew for assisting me in a very unfortunate death of my family member. He was there in 20 minutes he was so kind and considerate nature and expertise on how to handle our situation was outstanding. I live in Va. and was absolutely lost on how to move forward they were professional compassionate and would recommend them and this company.

  Great company to handle a hoarding cleanup. Can’t say enough about them. They did exactly what they said they would even though I was skeptic on how they would finish on time.   We had a homeless person run into our business after being shot in the leg in a small commercial plaza in North Hollywood. Bled all over the lobby, carpeted stairs and main room of the business. After LAPD finished I went to get quotes for the bio-hazard cleanup. Although Spaulding was not the least expensive Edgar asked me to stay in touch with him as I got the other quotes. I got 3 other quotes and then spoke again to Edgar. He worked with me to come to a fair price and was available to start first thing the next day, which was a Saturday. (One of the other bidders charges 50% premium for "outside business hours") Edgar and I had a couple further conversations about materials and methods for our situation. He showed up right on time and got to work. Turned out to be a bit more intricate than first thought and he spent additional time to "do the job right". I walked through with him afterward and was extremely pleased with the professional quality of the work. He cleaned up and vacuumed, even in areas outside the scope of work area, because he "had been walking through" those other areas. I would highly recommend them for crime scene / blood cleanup. Really great job for a good company!!
