Aptive did an excellent job at letting me know what the process was for their service. Josh and Wesley were the technicians that perform the cleaning and applying of the pest control to the outside of my home. I’m hoping to see great results when mosquito season. Thank you again.

I had never heard of Aptive pest services before today, but they did everything right. From the sales pitch, their customer service reps and their service technicians, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our service tech (Timothy) was very professional and knowledgeable about the treatments they were providing. He went above and beyond to answer any questions/concerns I had. Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and service. They have earned a new customer and I look forward to enjoying a bug-free summer at home.

Kyle our Aptive treatment rep completed our pest control treatment. First of all, Kyle introduced himself and ask me if there were any specific areas that I was concerned about. Very professional, respectful and courteous. He focused on the areas around the house and announced when he was complete. Thank you for the service.

David did a great job servicing the exterior of our home. He was professional and thorough. He asked if there was I anything in particular we needed him to focus on. When he finished, he went over everything he did. He did an excellent job.
