I'm always amazed at how Patricia Jones remembers my name when I walk in the dealership after 6 months or more. And we get right to work. Patricia understands exactly what I want, and explains tactfully what I don't understand about my car or what's needed. She is usually able to augment what is required by suggesting valuable services, and always advises me of what is not necessary now, but will be in the future -- things to be aware of in the care of my car. Kevin Hamby is the consummate service professional, always courteous and helpful in explaining/recommending what services are needed and why. Recently Kevin was able to get me in for service on an emergency basis without a scheduled appointment as my battery was going flat. It is always a pleasure to work with Kevin.

John McCurdy, the service manager, has an outstanding staff. One in particular is my service advisor Patricia Jones who is very professional and attentive…I had service on my car and used the valet service...which during this time COVID 19 because of the quarantine/stay at home they were very short handed but they made sure that I got my car got picked up and serviced ...in fact they are doing more with less.... Patricia went out of her way to keep me updated…my experience was exceptional and you need more people like her…please pass on my thanks and gratitude to Patricia
