The reality of adding the responsibility of caring for an aging parent to an already cumbersome daily schedule can get overwhelming and stressful fast. When you finally admit that you need help, you don't want to delegate this responsibility to just anyone. Cristina Castro and the staff at Windsor Terrace Healthcare Center understand that you are entrusting your family member to them and it shows in the way they interact with my father and I. I sincerely appreciate how Cristina and staff exert subtle personal touches to try and accommodate my father and make him feel comfortable. They do an excellent job of updating me by phone on what is current with my father's care and clearly explain what our options are. My father, himself, speaks highly of the team at Windsor Terrace and the care they provide him. He had always been an avid runner in his younger years and he looks forward to his daily physical therapy exercise sessions that keep him mentally and physically healthy. I highly recommend Cristina Castro and Windsor Terrace Healthcare Center. I don't know where we would be without them.

I am so grateful for the staff at Windsor Terrace for taking such good care of my dear friend, who has been there for over a year now. My friend lived in Santa Maria near me at the time we decided it was necessary, due to health reasons for her to have 24 hour care. I was terrified to see her have to move so far away from me, but there were no facilities in our area with available rooms at that time for low income residents. I spoke to Christina Castro over the phone not knowing anything about Windsor Terrace, and she assured me that my friend would receive the best care possible. I can honestly say that she does get amazing care, and is very happy living there. Thank You Christina and staff from the bottom of my heart for exceeding my expectations.

My mother had been sent from Kaiser to Windsor Terrace Health center as a Skilled nursing facility. Windsor was one of the few centers that were willing to accept a patient in my mother's condition at the time. We were pleasantly surprised to see the compassionate approach towards my mother. I can only say wonderful things about Windsor Terrace. Cristina Castro one of the administrators was more than helpful. She made us feel as if we were with family there. She made sure my mother was well taken care of and made sure my mother had all she needed while being there. It was one of the most difficult times in our family and I am so blessed to know that there are places like WIndsor Terrrace that still show love towards patients and overall the best attitude to be there and help the patient.. This place has my respect for what they all do there. It is the best place to have anyone recover while not being at the hospital. My family and I are extremely grateful for the love shown to us and as I said Cristina was awesome !!!! Thank you Windsor Terrace.

My Mom previously had stays at Windsor Terrace and their staff was fantastic then and now that we needed a stay and physical therapy for my Dad, Windsor's staff recognized our family and they went above and beyond in providing great care! The nursing staff and the nursing assistants were always great and attentive and the physical therapy staff are all top notch and my family and I are ever grateful for their hard work and dedication to their work and the well-being of their patients. The management were also very involved and are very caring people that were never too busy for our family. Thank you all and God bless!

I want to start off by saying that our first experience with Windsor Terrace was an amazing one. Our patient was treated like a VIP upon arrival. Their family got a grand tour and their liaison Christina was just terrific. She stayed late to ensure our patient received a warm welcome and she spoke to the family at length of what to expect. The floor staff was very welcoming and they were receptive and communicative. Our patient was there for a couple of weeks before passing. The family let us know they appreciated the care, the hygiene of the facility and the collaboration between Windsor and LIEM in providing care. Again, great care, great attitude, and amazing team members.
