I have been doing virtual training on line with Adam for about six weeks.
It works terrific.
Initially I was skeptical of not being in person at the gym. But the experience has been amazingly positive for me.
For whatever reason, it is actually more focused and I'm getting better results than even training together in the gym.
After our sessions, I wake up feeling increased muscle engagement and improved functional awareness - I'm amazed how much better I feel and move.
