  If I could give Platefit 10 Stars & Beyond, I absolutely would. Everything about it is phenomenal, from the way that the classes are structured and timed, the killer workout you get, the amazing and personable instructors, the cleanliness of the studios and the machinery, the bomb music, even the women taking the class with you are super nice. Platefit made working out fun again for me, and that is something I didn't even know was possible. I am so grateful to everyone on their team there for always making it a great and happy experience coming to one of their classes.
  
  **Pro Tip: All time favorite class combo is booking one of the classes before the Restore Detox Recover classes, so you get the best of both worlds. You walk out, an hour later, feeling literally reborn again. It's incredible.

  I love Platefit! The workouts are hard and intense and always offer modifications - making it accessible. A serious workout in ab efficient use of time😅

  love PlateFit. I have never (and I mean never) found a group fitness class I've truly loved. Sure, I've enjoyed and felt great after the workouts at other classes in other studios; however, I have, for the last 10 years, been a "go to the gym and do my own cardio and weight training" mixed with "enjoy a yoga class a few times a week" kind of girl. I tend to feel out of place when I walk into a new studio, as though people are looking at me, wondering who I am and what I'm doing there.
  
  BUT, I went to my first PlateFit class in December 2021 — just one class right before the holidays — because I saw a content creator post about it. I saw there was one nearby, and I thought...why not? I went, and I immediately felt like I belonged. Marissa and Angela at the front desk were the most friendly, the instructors were knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun, and the workout was AMAZING.
  
  Come January, I bought a two-week unlimited package, and I went every day — all 14 classes — in those two weeks. Then, I bought a month unlimited, and I went nearly every day that month. This led me exactly up to my wedding at the start of April (great timing), and when I say I've never felt more lean, toned, fit, and mentally healthy, I really do mean that (and I'm 35 :) ). I sent my husband photos of my abs after one week at the very start while he was away for work, and the shred was noticeable. I was hooked.
  
  That's all to say...I am so impressed by every aspect of it, and the entire PlateFit team should be so proud. :)

  I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’ve been working out at Platefit since 2019. I’m now on a monthly unlimited membership and let me tell you it’s one of the best studio memberships out there for the price point. I love the studio and all the community in it! The power plates have made me stronger in any other workout I do on the side, and I overall am just hooked on this workout !
