Great work for a reasonable price! Our project manager was able to work with the contractors to make sure our vision was executed, even if it meant having some things redone, as well as working with our neighbors in the building to make sure they remained happy. Honestly, you can find a lot of PMs out there that can handle the tasks associated with a project, but it is rare to find one with such great people skills as well. The contractors that did the work were pleasant, timely, and clean. They did a good job of setting the place up with protection from dust, dents, and scuffs, and continued to keep the house clean during the project.

I didn't recognize my bedroom after ROP Venice Home Builders renovated it. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome. I am more than impressed. Great job ROP Venice Home Builders for such a tremendous job! Staff was incredibly friendly and personable!!!

The owner was very patient with us and with our time deadlines. Everything that ROP Venice Home Builders worked on was done with high quality standards, precise attention to detail and a lot of care to protect surrounding household items. At the end, all of our home projects passed inspection the first time...from the bathroom remodel to the total electrical update to code and to the new water & sewer pipes.

I'm so excited about our beautiful new guest room!! I honestly could never have imagined it would have turned out the way it did. You step in and it's like you're on vacation in a spa/hotel!! This was the first real work we have done on our home and of course I was prepared to be stressed and frustrated for 2 months but instead we were so lucky, so pleasantly surprised to be able to work with such honest and good people. The entire team was, punctual, respectful, professional and AHEAD of schedule!! It's unheard of in the contractor world! What happened here was like a dream, they gave us a quote, stuck to it, showed up and did a perfect job on time. Need I say more? I'm thrilled to embark on our next project with ROP Venice Home Builders !!

I am not going to lie, I was very hesitant at first. I explained every single details what I wanted and to my surprise, these people suggested some brilliant ideas that made everything more better. I am very amazed and almost speechless after seeing the finished work. I am very grateful.
