  Spent the weekend and found the hotel to be perfect. Close enough to be able to walk to everything but between the pier and the muscle beach section to be far enough away to be quiet. Staff was great and would recommend this to anyone.

  Fabulous Hotel
  In a residential quiet zone just down from main Venice beach attractions, situated right on the beach front.
  Our room no 10 ocean view exceptional, very clean with small ensuite
  Breakfast provided, good choice, eat in room or take up to sun terrace on roof.
  If you have a car, parking can be provided.
  The staff are all very polite and helpful...

  Rooftop terrace for breakfast, very friendly staff, comfy rooms, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. In short: Nothing but good vibes at the Venice on the beach hotel

  Jaime the guy at the front desk is a gem. Very helpful, friendly, and had a solution to any problem. The hotel itself is great too. Old, Venice style, right on the beach. Roof top terrace where you can have breakfast or watch the sunset. For breakfast they give you coffee, orange juice, water bottles, bagels, cream cheese, fruit, oatmeal.
  Parking is very limited so reserve in advance. Free wifi. I would go here again. Rooms are comfortable.

  The manager was lovely. He was more than happy to help us around and suggest restaurants. The rooms were fantastic, bathroom a bit small but you're not in there too often. It had a great outdoor fireplace looking straight at the shore.
