The pediatricians are great here! They are nice, knowledgeable, and answer all your questions. We have been seeing Dr. Cosmer since my son was a baby. He is 14 now. He is good with kids of all ages. They always try to fit you in if you need an appointment right away. Everyone at this office is nice.
Destiny is a great employee, she always goes above and beyond to help me and my children’s needs. She is always so kind and friendly. She is truly one of the main reasons why we stay with this pediatrics office. Aguora west valley pediatrics is truly lucky to have her!
I've had a positive experience with each clinician at AWV Peds. My child is well taken care of and they above and beyond. I am especially grateful for Dr. Stafford who came to the hospital after my child's birth and advocated for me as a new mother and has been a steadfast advocate for my child with special needs. Her awareness of development, developmental delays, and everything that comes with this journey has been profound. We are immensely grateful. If you're looking for a pediatrician, I highly recommend this practice to my family, friends, and colleagues in healthcare.
**ETA: This practice takes such great care of the community and they are busy. Whenever I call, someone answers. At times, there was a wait. When I listened to the prompts again, I realized my request could be taken care of with an email and my email was returned very soon after I sent it. Also, the practice posts updates on their FB regularly and I check that too.
We are new patients and my son had to go in for a bad cough and we were giving an appointment right away. The staff is super nice very friendly. We saw Dr. Glickman and she was very knowledgeable super nice very caring. My son loved his Doctor visit. We are so happy our friends referred us to this office.
I love this practice! My daughters have seen most of the doctors here and they are all great to work with and really listen to our concerns if any arise. Really, the only downside is the wait time for someone to answer the phone but from our experience that is the case in a lot of pediatric offices. If needed they are usually always able to accommodate us for same-day appointments which is super convenient. It is a clean practice with a friendly staff.
