Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle Annex

Always Best Japanese Ramen especially for tsukemen and dry-style in my mind. May encounter long waiting lane in busy hour like weekends night. Indoor seating might not be enough. The smell of Garlic is special in the area.

One of the more unique ramen experiences I've had in LA, in a good way. Tsujita Annex has turned into one of my favorite spots. Noodles thick, broth rich af.

The place is poppin, line out the door and for a good reason. We got the vegan ramen 🍜 and added the soft egg (because yum 🤤)! Everything was hot and delicious. Once we sat down they served us really quickly. 10/10 all around.

Only drawback is parking is a bit tight around that area but we found street parking a few minutes walk away.

This place is pretty good. The noodles are some of the best you will ever have and the broth is quite unique. However the broth was not super hot, which made it hard to really eat the tsukemen noodles.

This place was strongly recommended by true foodie friends that have been to Japan and searched near and far for the best tsukemen noodles. This was actually my first time trying to tsukemen noodles and will definitely want to come back again! The broth for the dipping has amazing flavor that has a bit of tartness which is perfect to counteract the fattiness. Noodles’ texture was the perfect chewiness too. Super friendly service all around!
