  Went on a Wednesday for a new passport. There was no line and if you show up with everything you need (ID, documents and stuff) and with a good attitude towards the workers you’ll be in and out in no time. Probably spent 30 mins in here just filling stuff out and taking my picture for the passport. I’d recommend this post office for passport, just go on Wednesday seems to be a slow day for them.

  To be honest, I was hesitant to take my parents to get their passports to this locations due to many negative reviews. Overall I had a great experience starting with Nate the 1st clerk. He was nice ,informative and had patience with other people. We arrived before 9am and out by 9 :40am which was not bad because we process two passports. The Clerk Yvette had great customer service . The supervisor/manager was nice and was helping with the flow which made the process run smooth and a bit faster. I can only comment on the personnel I came in contact with . Good Luck!

  I came yesterday to apply for a passport. It was really fast - I was in and out in 30 min. The staff was friendly and pointed out what I was missing in the application. Given the reviews here and my past attempt to apply at another post office, this was a better experience than expected.
