Users occasionally exhibited anger issues. The LAPL branches in Playa Vista and Westchester are quite close to each other. They both have their own merits with the Westchester Library offering locked restrooms as compared to Playa Vista offering easily accessible restrooms. Parking is comparable. However, Playa Vista’s branch does not seem to have chargers for electric vehicles. The surroundings in Westchester offer more industrial views whereas the neighborhood of the Playa Vistas library is dominated by luxury apartment buildings and an Elementary School. WiFi signal seems to be stronger at the Westchester branch as compared to the Playa Vista branch.”
