They were rather quick pending on the time you come and what your coming to see them for.
I'm giving 4 stars because, for me, anyplace I have to wait is unpleasant. For what it's worth, though, it was alright. Customer service was cool and the place was nice and clean. There are public bathrooms and, even though the parking structure for this office isn't finished yet, there is STILL parking available left and right here. There's even a valet, but not sure if you have to pay. There's a bunch of vending machines and all! If you have kids, though, they're pretty strict, (the officers), when it comes to wild-running-all-over-the-place-kids!

The caller spoke with poor English, said there was a problem with our SS payments, needed some information to confirm our identity. She gave a callback phone number of 800-772-1213 (a genuine number for the Social Security Administration).

Caller ID Social Security: (800) 772-1213 I believe they cloned the caller ID and if you press one, you get routed to a phishing scammer. This is the message:
Received a call from 800-772-1213 and someone speaking very poor English left me a message to call as the SSA needed some additional information from me. I was left the telephone number 253-333-8277 for the return call. I went to my local SSA office and was advised the SSA uses groups around the US to handle online queries.
Check with the Social Security Administration. The SSA has a warning about these scams and suggests you contact them directly at 1-800-772-1213 to verify the reason for the contact and the person's identity prior to providing any information to the caller.
They left a vm and said if I had any questions to call social security 800-772-1213. However, I am about to sign up for Medicare in a few months. I can't believe social security gives out this kind of information on us.
