(March 1, 2018, 4:48 pm)My experience in trying to contact a consular and ask questions and directions to accomplish some things was excellent. Waited a small amount of time, the consular listened carefully to what I had to say, then provided me with several options, very clearly. Like a typical "tico" he was very polite, very knowledgeable. I could not ask for more. Thank you!
