In late June 2022, I was diagnosed with paranasal sinus cancer, a rare malignant tumor in nasal cavities. After the biopsy confirmed my diagnosis, I was quickly referred by my ENT for a consultation with Elliot Abemayor, MD, PhD at UCLA Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr Abemayor’s well-thought-out treatment plan for me has obviated the need for invasive facial surgery (and any possible followup reconstructive surgery). It accommodates both my medical and professional needs.
