(January 3, 2019, 6:11 pm)I feel so bad that I can’t remember the man that came to my house but he was such a sweetheart and worked hard and was very informative. He did what needed to be done quickly and did not interrupt our crazy household even with the dog running around. Overall very happy with this company. Despite the holidays they return my call quickly and were able to schedule an appointment promptly.

They came out for the first time for an AC tune up program that DWP has. We got a free Nest thermostat! Since that visit, we’ve used this contractor for both emergency AC repair as well as regular maintenance. Highly recommend!

I was receiving texts about the order status and reminders. They even called when there was an opening to see if the tech can come out sooner.
Shaun (tech) arrived on time, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained everything thought the process. Thank you for making this so easy!!! -

First of all you get a nice reminders in a text message way on your phone when appointment is set , then you get a reminder when Service guy is on the way...Loving it! Service guy showed up on time, was professional and courteous, installed a nice Nest thermostat and spent about 1.5 hours checking system out. All installations are done nice and accurate. By the end of the service you get a nice reminder that service has been completed. Over all 5 star! way to go!

The person that answered the phone was pleasant and informative. They were very professional in sending us appointment reminder and even letting us know in real time that our service rep is on his way. Our service rep (Shaun) was nice and helpful. He did a thorough job and took his time going through the instructions with us for the NEST Thermostat. We had a good experience with this company from beginning to end. We will definitely use their services again in the future.
