“Update: I received my bulb. Not sure if they sent me another bulb or the post office fixed their mistake. Great bulb. 4/5 stars since I still did not get one peep from this company. Ordered a bulb, and it was shipped to me, but I never got it in my package locker. The tracking number said it was delivered, but no luck. I have tried to reach out to Nostalgic Bulbs multiple times via phone and email, but they never get back to me. I never received my merchandise yet I still had to pay for it. 2 stars since this doesn't seem to entirely be Nostalgic bulbs fault, but the customer service is non existent.”

“I hired ALL AMERICAN AV for our SoCal KFC Franchisee Assoc. Regional Meeting 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. Laura was extremely professional and pleasant to work with and she gave me a great quote competing with the hotel AV (Encore) which was just exorbitant! Not only did she save me thousands of dollars, but her streaming specialists, Walter and Nick, did a fantastic job running the show for the 2 day event. They came the night before, set up and tested, and were ready and on time each morning. It was a bit tricky since they had to set up cameras to accommodate our three zoom calls so we saw them and they saw our audience at the same time, still while running presentations on the screen. I am very pleased and will be using ALL AMERICAN AUDIO VIDEO for all our future meetings!”

“Golden Hands Builders did a great job with our bathroom expansion and remodel. We had a 1/2 bath that we wanted to expand to a 3/4 bath (removed/extended a wall and added a full shower). They were on time and on budget. They communicated regularly and ahead of time via a group text. We always knew when worker's were going to show up and they always showed up when they said they would (that's been very rare in my past experiences). The workers were always polite, always protected the pathways and always cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work was excellent and we will definitely use them again (have two more bathrooms and a kitchen that will need work).”

“Visited Made Solid in Nov. 2018 after seeing the shop in Instagram stories. I didn’t fully know what to expect and was so delighted by what I found. The store is owned and apparently run by a husband/wife team who also do the leather and beading sold in the store. There are some Japanese ceramics, tea, incense and other imports as well as tiles from Mexico and a small selection of cotton tee shirts. The shop is small and lovely. Both owners were out front talking to my friend and I about their pieces. They were very helpful and because they create so much of what they sell, also very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a tile and coaster set from Mexico that the owner had backed with his leather as well as sandalwood incense from Japan. I would love to go back for a Japanese tea set and to see their adorable dog Miko. Great for gifts and small home goods with a very simple and elegant vibe.”

“I had an OUTSTANDING experience with this company all around for new windows in our home in San Diego. From the sales interaction, to the final measuring, to the delivery and installation, every part of the process was top notch. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. This is clearly a company that takes the time to hire great people and hustles hard to earn their customer’s satisfaction. A rare thing in my experience. In particular the installation was impressive and could not have gone better. Originally the company called and said the installation timeline was pushed a day late because the windows would not be ready until the mid morning of installation day. When I told them that the next day was my 6 year olds birthday party, I expected them to tell me something like “well we’ll see you next week”. Instead, they said okay, we’ll still make it but we’ll be a few hours later. The installer Phil was top notch. He worked for hours straight with my permission working until 7 PM to get the job done and he did it beautifully. I had 4 young kids in my home and having windows installed with them around wasn’t easy, but Phil was so polite and considerate making sure to close gates and doors for my young ones. The windows are gorgeous, I was so pleased to have them in place for our party on time, and so grateful for Phil and this company going the extra mile to make it happen. When he left, the house was spotless, not a single bit of debris anywhere. I have hired out a lot of work on our homes and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Companies like this, that hustle to make their customers happy, are very rare these days!”

The owner Francisco helped me out and literally helped me pick the best option for my budget, get it loaded on the truck and even attach it safely. They were busy in the morning.
