“I have lived here for less than a year but have enjoyed being here so far. The property is older, which comes with quirks, but maintenance and management have been quick to respond to/resolve any issues. There have unfortunately been a number of vehicle break-ins within the last few months; as someone who has worked in the security field as well as property management, I understand that crime prevention of that sort is extremely challenging. The only challenge we have faced is getting uphill during the winter, as the one road in/out of part of the property can freeze over. However, the location and nearby area is safe, the neighbors are friendly and caring, and current management shows/puts in effort-which is very rare to get all those aspects. For folks of all walks looking for a good place to live, I would recommend it.”

“Excellent customer service ! .I used them for staging my property . Even they do not specialize in short term rentals , the manager Nicole was able to offer me the furniture pieces I needed . She even arranged the dining table to be delivered from another store .The selection is not very large but nice enough. Best thing - delivery and pick up is free !! . They also put the pieces together for you . Julian and Jeremy - the delivery guys were extremely nice . Will definitely use the rent- a Center again !”

“Howdy I recently hired Sam at Westbrook co to do my kitchen remodel. I am so pleased with the work they did and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a general contractor. Paul and lacy were wonderful to work with from the moment we met. I had some ideas about what I wanted to do with my remodel, but they had a vision. Not only did they have a vision of what my dream kitchen could be, but they had the knowledge and expertise to turn that dream into reality. They completely demoed my kitchen and flooring and took down some existing walls. They relocated my sink, dishwasher, laundry facilities and refrigerator. They got rid of my outdated track lighting and installed beautiful recessed lighting. They built a new laundry closet and island and put new flooring throughout my condo. My home has been entirely transformed and the finished product is absolutely more fantastic than I ever could have imagined. This was my first remodel in my first home so I wasn't sure what to expect and I had lots of questions throughout the process. Sam the owner always took my calls and texts. Westbrook construction really went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed about all the work that was being done. It is clear to me that client satisfaction is a priority for them. I got a very fair price for the work that was done. Not only that, but they finished EARLY! They had given me an estimate of how long they thought it would take, and they finished sooner than the date on the contract. That being said, they never rushed through anything or cut any corners; I feel confident that the work they did is of the highest quality, my wife was actually crying!!! Real tears real review. They turned my outdated condo into a home I am truly proud of and I am so grateful for all of their hard work. Give these guys a shot and win.”
