“I just had a wonderful experience with this company. Two service techs arrived just about when they were supposed to. We went through my wish list and identified the “must have” items and the “wouldn’t that be nice” items. We discussed whether some of what I wanted actually could be done without making some serious holes in the wall. At the end of all this, they gave me a ballpark number which seemed very fair and set to work. They were really quick (I mean they were almost running most of the time) and consulted with me every time there was a potential issue. One item will need a return visit which I will happily schedule. At the end of about 3 hours they installed 5 new outlet in the house and one out side. I’d love to say what that cost but it wouldn’t be fair since I don’t have a bill yet. I’ll try to remember to up date this post when I do get a bill. The techs were Freddy and Avarada or Alvarado (my apologies for not knowing which). Anyway, you can request a firmer estimate and have peace of mind or wing it like I did. Either way, my guess is that you will be satisfied using this company. I should mention that this company also did a fair amount of electrical when I was upgrading my shack in the mountains. They replaced my electric panel, kitchen lighting, and a number of other items. Everything works really well and I sleep better knowing those systems are up to date. Thank you Hart’s.”

“Came in again after my last visit where running out of tortillas and clueless staff and lime soggy chips was what I left with. Today I can say this location redeemed themselves. Came in and they did have tortillas I joked about they having tortillas today and he specifically remembered the day. Went to pay and got the whole meal for free. I wasnt complaining and was willing to pay but the guy I talked to was super cool and gave it on the house. Got a decent burrito that chipotle do and chips that were crunchy crispy and just enough lime to not overstay its welcome.”

In a terribly difficult context, she proved to be vastly more - her unceasing efforts and ultimate achievements selling our home of 25 years were spectacular. Ani single-handedly rescued a disaster-in-progress, and under extreme time pressure transformed a scene of ruin and dilapidation into a much coveted property - that then sold at a crucial and wonderful price in just 5 days on the market. She not only contained problems, but more importantly Ani enabled separation of the trivial from the truly important to allocate effort and thus was repeatedly able to save very crucial time (due to severe IRS time constraints, delays could easily have destroyed all profit). Ani ensured that every aspect of the project throughout the restorations, the home's presentation and sale, went very rapidly, and perfectly. While this entailed constant pressure, Ani displayed nothing of dismay. This long description was motivated not only by deep desire that the reader understand these accolades are accurate, but especially understands their validity is borne of very extensive serial experiences in stages of the sale's transformations. Experiences from a tremendous, unique effort, and it's hard gained but truly marvelous outcome - all because of this single person. Nothing could have been done more superbly. Perhaps most important, all these attributes exist together in someone intensely caring and spiritually grounded, in someone who always was a joy to interact with - no matter how onerous the circumstances became.
