“The most perfect California beach house experience! The Surfrider Hotel feels so special and homely - a refreshing change from larger hotels. The team are super friendly and made me feel right at home from the get-go! As soon as I entered my room it smelt amazing and everything was immaculate. The fresh white sheets, Parachute robes and personalized welcome note was such a nice touch. I spent most of my time on the roof deck (the perfect spot to watch the sunset). You also have to try their spicy margarita! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners Emma and Matt and they were super friendly and showed genuine care for all the guests, it was as if I was staying in their home. I can't wait to go back for a longer stay. Jess”

“This is hands down the BEST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Maybe I don’t expect too much from McDonald’s but this location served HOT food & it was cooked perfect. McDonald’s always serves hot food but more often it’s luke warm, nuggets are soft sometimes, fries are cooked unevenly, etc. Normal McDonald’s. Not this one! I will happily stop at this location when I’m in the area & I tell everyone that McDonald’s can do it right—just depends on the location!”

“Adamson House Museum is a historic home and garden set along the beautiful Malibu coastline owned by the Ringe-Adamson family. This house is rich in history and architecture. The house, all 5,000 square-foot, sits on a 13,000 acres of land with majestic pacific ocean view. We took the guided tour for $7 bucks per person. Our tour guide, Marilyn, was exceptionally knowledgable, professional and fun. We toured the whole house and its outdoor compound. We truly enjoyed and spend 1.5 hours touring this historic house. Free street or paid parking ($6 bucks) is available. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I highly recommend you visit AHM.”
