Justin was the technician who actually came to do the work, and he was excellent. He was very informative and as he was working he gave me tips about the plumbing in my house and how to fix some things myself. The price estimate from for the water heater was $2000 cheaper than the estimate I was given by Bonfe plumbing. When all the work was done, the total price was right in the middle of the estimate they gave me at the start. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the price.
