“My Central A/C stopped working during the heat wave this week. A&B arrived in the morning, diagnosed the problem, drove to a local supplier to obtain the part, came back to the house a 2nd time to install the part and was able to fix the problem after the initial diagnosis. During this time I read a lot of negative reviews but was pleased with a very reasonable charge for the labor and part price which was under $300. Considering the two hours of labor, the price of the part and additional labor they put in to acquire the correct part, I don't see how any vendor could charge any less than they did.”
