“Kurt Lampson the Karate teacher of Malibu Martial Arts is the best of the best. I worked with him from the ages of 4 to 14 years old. From a technical perspective I learned to control my body and my mind in a way that helped me reach my ultimate goal of becoming a professional soccer player. I am a master at what I do and the skill set I earned under Lampson is a main reason I can run, jump, and change direction in the way I do. More importantly Kurt Lampson teaches his students a mind set. He teaches the importance of ethics, hard work, discipline, and that if you put your mind towards a goal it can be achieved. He gave me the belief when many of my own soccer coaches told me I would never play college soccer let alone become a professional. Kurt is a wonderful person. He is personable, loving, patient, empathetic, and wise. He is not just my former Karate teacher, but is a true friend who I trust my life with. “It's shaded and a leisurely path. Lots of plants and wildlife if that's what you're after. But the 8 dollars parking fee feels steep as there is no way to really spend an entire day here! I parked on the PCH, unaware there even was a parking structure and then realizing it was full but I wonder what would the authorities day if I did the same on a day the parking lot is not full.”
