“Simon of Fitness Adrenaline is an excellent Hermosa Beach personal trainer! I truly don't like exercising even though I try really hard to like it…the only time exercising has been bearable, manageable, and manageable is when working with Simon! Really. I sometimes get into fads and get a membership at a cool gym or go to spin or barre classes…but that only lasts a month or two. Working with Simon has been the only consistent regimen that has worked for me. It is because he makes exercising make sense. He explains every step of the way and the rationale for each type of exercise. He really cares for you as an individual and client and tailors the work out to meet your needs without too much or little pressure. On top of doing awesome workouts, he really gets to know you as a person. I especially appreciated that about Simon. Exercising with him for an hour goes by really quickly. After several months of working with Simon, I became stronger, which was my main wish/concern. I used to be a weakling and couldn't even lift 2 pound weights. I hated struggling with groceries all the time. But by the end of a month of working with Simon regularly, I was getting close to lifting 20! I also lost the little weight I wanted to lose and most importantly became more toned and felt stronger and healthier. If I had all the money in the world, I would work out with Simon everyday. ”

“I used to live down the street from the firehouse around 1965 and my sister (Trisha), friends and I used to visit the firefighters at this station. They were always so friendly and would show us around, even let us climb the tower (it was just an open wooden tower then). We really bonded with them, they were always so welcoming. Well, one summer morning Trisha and I (we were about 7 & 8 years old) got up and ready to go to summer camp but both of our older sisters were not there to walk us. The only person there was a friend of our mom's who was sound asleep. We figured he must be the person whose going to take us so we tried to wake him up. He finally woke up and staggered to his car (little did we know he was high on Lude's) where we all got in and he headed east to the corner where I think he was gonna turn around to make a left turn (our day care was west off of Center St.) He rammed right into a fire hydrant on the corner by the firehouse. Trisha and I were, thankfully, not injured but we never felt more secure and cared for at that moment when the crew ran out to take care of us. They were so awesome!! Your predecessors rocked!!! You all rock my world, all first responders, you are the safety fabric of our nation!!!”

They have cut my hair at varying lengths - long, medium, and short and always did a great job. I have fine, curly hair. My friends have straight. They care about which products they use on their clients. Every stylist there has been professional, knowledgeable and is skilled and delivered on what I was requesting.
