Despite high recommendations from a friend, I was skeptical at first. I could not believe someone could have such great impact. Vanessa delivered from session one. I'm on my third, and feel compelled to spread the word. She asks the right questions and her exercises have helped me shift my though process to see life from an empowered perspective. Real strength comes from the mind, and I feel Vanessa has been my godsend guide to take action, to take confident steps towards positive change.

I had an amazing experience with Vanessa. She helped me feel more connected to myself and to manifest at a different vibration. When I came to her I was feeling a bit lost. She connected the dots to help me rebalance my life and opened up opportunities for me. I learned to see things in a different way, and seeing my life with a new light has been invaluable.

My sessions with Vanessa have been incredible- I feel so differently than when I began! I have never felt so confident and able to make my dreams happen. It's like I can't even relate to old insecurities I used to have and life is just getting better and better.

I did a program with Vanessa and the changes I’ve seen in myself are unbelievable.

I was a bit nervous going into it, as I didn't know much about NLP and the subconscious. But it was so comfortable, and I immediately felt at ease. My sessions were specificially to quit smoking and Vanessa used a lot of great imagery and subconscious connections to make smoking unattractive. Quitting became easy (after having tried for years unsuccessfully, now I haven’t even wanted one in over 6 months).

Vanessa is very wise, intuitive and caring. She makes sure her clients feel safe and comfortable. I trust her and I feel like I can be myself, which allowed me to really have a deeper immersive experience.

I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone wanting to improve in any area of life. For me, quitting smoking was a huge battle to have won in only a few sessions. I will always be grateful for that shift she helped me make, and everything else that changed in my life because of it.

With Gravitās coaching, I feel like I’m equipping myself with a mindset that will lead me towards a fulfilling future. NLP offers techniques and mindful practices that help people let go of things that weigh them down. You feel like you can have a fresh start whenever you want it.

Vanessa is caring, compassionate, and very sweet as a practitioner. You feel she has your best interest at heart. With Vanessa you feel like you have a trusted confidente and friend helping you through these practices. Its a very safe and secure environment she creates with her soothing voice and affirming smile.

I definitely have found the sessions to be helpful. I felt optimistic and like a burden had been lifted, a burden which perhaps was only in my mind anyway. The sessions helped me to free my mind of old negative habits. I'm still working on it! It's a process!
