I contacted Sarah for coordinating our group. She was informative, welcoming, and accommodating. Our skill levels varied, but everyone was able to follow along and we had a great time (even with a few of us falling overboard)! Her assistant, Leora, was also very friendly and even took pictures for us to capture our special event. “I love them!!! I did the "basic" and was the only one in my class, but the female(super fit) helping me was super polite & very good at explaining to me how to keep my balance with different scenarios(wind, sting rays...yeah, there were a ton out that day), etc. She was VERY patient with me & watched me from shore...to make sure I got the hang of things. I was surprised at how easy things were. Also, the guy who answers the phone, Tim(?), was super helpful & polite. This is one of those companies where it seems everyone was trained to be people focused & they generally are just professional, happy, & patient people. Thanks!”
