“I called them late morning to deliver a birthday arrangement for my friend. I thought they were not going to be able to make delivery before my friend's lunch time. They told me to expedite to place order over phone instead of going to website. I told them I would follow up on delivery later that afternoon so I can call my friend and ask her if she liked my surprise. Maggie's customer service was so great and went beyond my expectations. Not only did they deliver on time (although I ordered it late) but they called me before I did to tell me they had made delivery. Also, super great pricing for the super nice and unique arrangements. I strongly recommend.”
