Monrovia's "Cheers" bar. Wonderful, friendly staff and customers. Really feels like home and family. I feel safe enough to go there alone to enjoy the music, dancing, outdoor patio, and pool table in the room adjacent to the patio. Something for everyone at any adult age. Willie makes a great burger and fish tacos, and Rich can mix a mean drink.
I love everything about it. The employees are great! Outside relaxes me and my friends. The d.j. is good on the weekends. Great place to chill out and forget about life 🤎
This gem of a bar is relaxing, chill, and feels like home. They have bands on certain nights and it's always a good, friendly crowd. The patio is an amazing spot to hangout outside.
I've waiting YEARS to get in the backyard here. The patio is OPEN now. Its super cozy, intimate lighting, great drinks and can host the perfect oases for just relaxing. 100% would recommend.
In Monrovia at the historic Aztec Hotel on Route 66, The Mayan Bar and Grill serves up spicy whole shrimp, crayfish, mussels, sausage with potatoes, corn and an assortment of fried appetizers, southern-style North American inspired dishes, burgers, sandwiches and pasta. Served with bibs and gloves because messy and delicious. Different spice levels available, including the milder lemon butter sauce. Good Happy Hour is 4-7 daily where many cocktails are just $4.50 and domestic beer is the right price--under $3. But ask for the Orange Crush. You won't be sorry. Tell JR and Eddie that Monique sent you.
