Ward Service Auto Repair

Ward Service did a great job on both of my family cars. I recently took them in for overall assessments to get the cars ready to go off to college and they gave me a comprehensive list of items for each car. They were up front with all costs and took plenty of time explaining each item to me. They were able to shuttle me home each time and their customer service was stellar throughout the whole process. I would recommend Ward Service to anyone who needs a good honest auto repair shop.

All the service advisors are very helpful. We have been using this repair service for our car for many years and are always satisfied. I appreciate ward service having a driver to give a ride home and back when my car is ready. Thanks to everyone!

As always great service. All of a sudden when trying to start engine in my garage, I had a totally dead battery. Called Wards (Lilo & Jim) and explained problem. Rather than me having to get a tow, Jim offered to come out to my house with a portable power pack and start the car. I've never had that done by any other garage before! I drove car to Ward's and they completely charged it and tested. Battery was fine. Evidently a light inside the car was left on over an extended time and drained the battery. All good! Any other garage: "Tow it in and we'll check it." There's a very good reason Ward's has been in business for many decades, formerly in Pasadena, and luckily, now in Monrovia.

Ward Service has taken great care of our cars and not only take us back to work they bring us back to pick up our car. Great people! Great work! Great service!
