I suspected my master bath on the 2nd floor had a leak when I saw water stains on the ceiling of my 1st floor den. The call to Century Rooter was picked up by a nice lady and she was able to book me a same-day inspection/estimate. She called again when the technicians were 20 minutes. Josh and Uzziel came on time and walked me through a couple of scenarios and solutions. Although I was ready to break open the ceiling, they took it one step at a time. The best fix was to replace the wax ring, doubling up what was originally there since original ring was sitting below the floor line and not properly sealing the "hole". We also discussed a minor leak in the tank and they will order the parts specific to my toilet's manufacturer and come back with all fresh guts. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the professionalism. $135 for 2 people for about an hour seems reasonable to me. Thank you, Century Rooter!
