Michael Choi Roofing

During the recent rain storm, my parents' concrete tile roof started leaking, bad. The house is less than 10 years old and such material is meant to last 75 years. Upon getting up to the roof and consulted with severval roofers, it appears damage was caused by termite guys we had hired: some of the tiles were damaged, misplaced, and water barrier beneath was compromised. After a few quotes, I chose Mr. Choi to do the repair. He appeared to be honest and was able to start right away.

Mr. Choi started work the next day, and whenever the weather permitted. Keep in mind that 2017 is one of the biggest storm we have had in years. So it took a few days, but finally the roof stopped leaking. During the whole time, Mr. Choi came by during the downpour to inspect his work and to make sure there is no leakage. And he called and provided me with updates on the repair daily. Always professional and courteous.

Needless to say, I am very satisfied with Mr. Choi's work. And the fact that he is willing to guarantee his work with written contract give us a peace of mind. Highly recommended.
