This place has changed my life. I met my first therapist here, who then recommended me to her colleague, Kris. I have been doing EMDR with Kris. It's been a little over a year now and my life is completely different. I am finally able to be who I am and I am learning to love and appreciate myself. I have tangible strategies to use when I need to reset. I can ask for help and set boundaries. I am in a healthy and committed relationship for the first time in my life. I highly, highly recommend coming here. They CARE about their clients and put our well-being first. It's because of that core value that allowed me to grow into myself. I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem. I have referred friends and family who have wanted to find a good therapist. They normally get back to their clients 24-48 hours which is also noted on the automated system. There is no guessing game and they are very straightforward. I have grown as a person coming here and highly recommend this for anyone who may be interested in getting therapy. There is also plenty of parking so you never have to worry about finding somewhere to park.
