The staff and the superviser went out of their way to help me in a very friendly way. For me they have been real problem solvers thinking out of the box. They greet me by my first name and I never have to wait for more than a few minutes. In getting my new tag the supervisor insisted that he will be the one to glue it to my license plate. At what government DMV would you ever get that kind of service?

They were very helpful and convenient. They fixed an issue on our registration and title that somebody else has done in Los Angeles. They charged us what it had to be exactly as the DMV would have charged us and based on some pro rate pricing. The next day he gave us money back almost half. Very sincere and honest.
