Rey Osuna is a sexual predator. He works for Toyota of Lancaster. He puts tracking devices in the key fobs if unsuspecting women as they wait for their cars to be serviced. He is also a private detective that uses the dealerships in the Antelope Valley to victimize women. He has done this to me twice. He has been Harry me for 7 years. The police cannot do anything about him. Ive been told that he’s untouchable. In 1994 he held his then wife against her will earning him an arrest for kidnapping with violence. In 1999 he beat hear and their then 5 year old daughter. He is dangerous. He has not changed, his options for stalking, harassing and abuse has only changed with better technology. I’m here to let the entire Antelope Valley know thst there is a Predator on the lise that nit a single person can stop.
