2 days to calibrate a tool that I know is calibrated I just needed a cert. Also they never called me to let me know it was ready I had to call them. Besides that the experience was good.

To be quite honest I was pleasantly pleased with the professionalism quality of service and patient bedside manner that I received from the staff the technician who performed the procedure. Awesome awesome I would totally recommend then for any labboard any service that you May have that falls under their abilities to perform I definitely recommend them and it was a no wait time light pretty much the in-and-out awesome job guys
