“If you visit O'Reilly, go to this shop and find Mr. Roman. He is very well-informed and friendly. Out of all of the vehicle part-seller representatives I've encountered from O'Reilly and other shops, Roman is the best representative. He is very informed and shares this information with the customer promptly and caringly. I am a female and was concerned about being taken seriously and being informed well as I was looking for multiple parts to purchase. I left purchasing 4 parts, thanks to the great informative service from Mr. Roman, and actually returned the same day to purchase 2 more. By then, a different representative attended me. I will not name the second representative. But he was terrible, it seemed that he truly did not study his products nor did he care about the products and his service as he gave attitude, and directed me to a product at another O- Reilly store that was sold out there too while haven taken my purchase. But, that allowed to see how truly great a representative like Mr. Roman is- he was very helpful, informative, prompt, and genuinely caring for the customer and his job. Go to him for any question and purchases, you will save your time.”
