It was quick and easy. The $29.99 move in offer should have been a deficit for me as I rented the unit on the 26th and full rent should have been the following month (the first). Staff went out of their way to prorate the 5 days left, bill $29.99 for the following month, and then resume normal billing after that. Was ecstatic about my deal and staff was absolutely jovial and a delight to work with.

She was efficient and explained all the details pertaining to my storage unit.
