“After having visited and shopped multiple motorcycle shops in the area, from Harley Davidson shops to every other type of motorcycle shops. I fortunately landed at Mid-City Motorsports. Fortunate because my experience there was greeted with friendly, courteous, professional and not pushy crew at Mid-City. From the salesman Art, the manager Chad the parts guy Danny (who was very helpful, thoughtful and saved me a few bucks with his genuine interest in his job). Even the cashier was courteous and professional. Chad (the manager) stuck to his word (a rare quality these days) and gave me the deal we had agreed to. Art (the salesman), even though he is an experienced rider himself didn't treat me in way to make my feel less than because of my lack of experienced riding and he wasn't pushy (only informative). Their's is the best all around crew I have ever encountered at any dealership. I could go on but you best find out for yourself in you are considering a new ride.”

“People don't know how hard these people work. 16 hours a day, 7 days a week with no holiday vacations, and yet, there are people that come to this store who lie, steal, discriminate, and are flat out abusive to the owners because they are Asian. The ones who complain are usually drug addicts and people who lie and discriminate for no apparent reason. The nice customers who come to this store don't complain and they don't discriminate. That's why the people who work here are nice to polite customers and they have developed good relationships with really nice customers here. Here is the problem. One time, a person brought his son to the store. In Spanish, he told his son, "Hurry up, steal and put it in your pocket when the worker is not looking." The lady behind the counter knows Spanish so she told this individual not to educate his son in that manner so that he would grow up into a criminal and she told him that stealing is wrong. Furthermore, some people bring their children to the store who break things (like toys or food), and they refuse to pay for it so the people who work here can't even sell the product to the next person. Ironically, Walmart employees down the road have complained to the workers about the exact same thing but Walmart is a huge business so they can actually afford it. The people who work here can't afford this. These people (who bring their children to break things) don't feel bad that their children are destroying somebody else's property and that this is an actual place of business. As long as it's not their business and their money at loss, it doesn't matter to them. The people who work here are losing money because of their actions. Seriously, people should think about what they did wrong before they lie and blame other people for their actions. The people who work here are really hard working, law abiding people just trying to make ends meet. I do feel sorry for them because, unless you run a small business yourself, it's hard to know what they are actually going through.”
