So I drove down there and met with Cynthia in the front who sold it to me. While I was there I happened to ask how much they charge for install and again the price was so fair that I decided to have them put it in for me. All in all this business is the ideal business I look for, Although they were very busy, they still took time to cater to me the small business owner. Johnny, the service technician who installed it, had me in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. I was so impressed with the service that I asked what other services they have and one is vinyl stickers and graphics for my business logo on the side of my van. My most recent online search for a specific sliding closet door wheel replacement showed one item that matched what I needed. Photos show the old unit with cracked wheel. Luckily this location had 9 units in stock so I noted the Aisle and Bay numbers for easy in store shopping. They were in the correct spot and I had no problems at the quick self checkout. Not confident at first about the quality of the plastic wheel replacement based on the negative reviews, I was relieved and very happy that my new replacements are quiet and roll very smoothly. The plastic wheels may not last forever but they should be good for awhile.”
