I was very happy with Ashley's constant focus on future excellent condition and ability for my knees. She was very good at working out a gradient of exercises which gradually took me from very stiff and limited (after my three knee surgeries and two months in rehab) to quite strong and flexible by the time my insurance and money ran out. I really appreciate her vision of my potential. I could never have imagined the level of ability I reached in only a few months! I wish I could have continued.
