Very clean and in a large space so they have a bigger selection than some of the other ones. Found a lot of great stocking stuffers for Christmas here. “I had checked around a bit on the web from Pottery Barn, Company Store, etc to find the best service, quality for the best price for a gift of embroidered towels. I finally landed found Impressions. After a couple of questions I drove to their shop on Colorado. What patience! I needed a boat name embroidered on to a couple of sets of gift bath/kitchen towels and they did a fantastic job. I am really picky and I was truly impressed with the care and excellence of their work. I would highly recommend them. And it is also nice to go local.”

“The customer service at the Paseo Colorado store in Pasadena was pretty decent. Not the best, but better than what one would usually get at a hip/young millennial-genZ clothing store. I LOVE H&Ms clothing recycle campaign. You get 15% off your entire store purchase if you show up with your old clothes to recycle. The clothes don't need to be H&M clothes either. It's a fantastic gimmick! It's the main reason why I finally bought something from H&M. Before today, I'd never shopped at H&M. I got some pretty good finds at a very low cost. Gotta love fast fashion! Not sure how long they'll last me, but I'm sure that the clothes recycle service will bring me back for more! Check out my haul!”

“I stopped by to get some supplies a few times here and all easy transactions and they were able to answer all of my questions. However my most memorable visit was last week when I went to buy 2 ROI-E720 lights and pre-order 2 extensions for these lights...keep in mind I said pre-order. As I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help, told them what I needed and they got the lights for me but when the guy behind the counter (unfortunately I didn't get his name but I assume owner?), heard I was paying today for the pre-order, he told me they just so happened to have 2 extensions in the back. Not only did they have those but he let me take them home that day. Please keep in mind that these are not in stock anywhere as of right now and he let me leave with those lights in hand. Now some people may wonder why is this significant at all and that's because he basically sacrificed what was most likely personal items for the of the customer and if that's not going above and beyond than I'm not sure what is. Definitely made a long time customer with me!!”
