This was honestly a fun experience! I've never bought a mattress before (as an independent adult) and so didn't really know what to expect. First, I love how the first question they ask is "do you need help, or do you want space?" it immediately takes the pressure off and allows you to walk around for a little bit without someone right up on you if that's what you want. I will say – I'm not a person who typically likes help from a salesperson, but Rob started helping us and I'm so glad he was there to guide us! He was super nice and knowledgeable and knew when to give us a few minutes to just explore the mattresses/features on our own, and when to come back to offer more insights. He was even helping another person when we first came in (he was the only salesperson) and was very patient with us the whole time. By the time we left we realized we had been there for 2 hours!! All I'll say is, let them guide you to help you really figure out what it is you like and what feels good within a price range you're comfortable with – and listen to their knowledge on the best way to sleep – you honestly feel the differences they're talking about from mattress to mattress. Our mattress arrives tomorrow (in stock can be delivered in as little as 24 hours) and I'm so excited! The 0% APR financing is awesome too! Thanks Rob!!

Michael was very polite, friendly & knowledgeable - besides being very educated about the human body and how mattresses affect it. The prices were better than other retailers and had the latest technology too. A very nice experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited this store with my parents, they purchased the perfect new mattress with adjustable base for Black Friday. Adam at this store is the best! He is very knowledgeable, took his time to talk through options with my parents, really felt like he cared. No pressure to buy, very nice experience for a weary mattress shopper. Garett greeted us and worked with us to help us find a mattress and frame that fits my sleeping needs and will fit nicely in the space i have available. We never felt pressured to choose anything out of our price range. He made sure we were aware of the prices, sales, warranties, long term care, and anything else we would need to know. Made everything super easy!!

we bought our first long term, $800+ mattress here. Our low back pains getting better a lot, after 4 years, we still using it and enjoy it. Today we got another mattress for guest room, one over $1500. We love it and enjoy it. If I ever want a high quality mattress and plan to use them more than 5 years, I will definitely come to here. Their front desk said he works here more than 6 years, the company treats them well and pay them well. I trust him and trust this store. One company let their employees happy worth my loyalty and trust.

Just purchased my gorgeous new Toyota 4Runner. The experience was one of the easiest and most pleasant I have had during a car purchase. The staff were very polite, wore masks, and did not drag the purchase out into a five or six hour exhausting experience. From the finances to the explanation of how to use the technology in the car itself I was well treated and felt very happy. No one tries to pressure me into buying anything. Plus, my car is the bomb!

The salesman was fantastic. No pressure, when he didn’t know some thing he let us know he didn’t know. He was friendly and funny very helpful and I wound up buying a car which I wasn’t actually planning on doing. I felt totally good about it and I still feel good about it.

Took my car in for service. Place was very welcoming. I have never taken in my car in without my dad or husband but it was easy enough they didn't have to go with me. They didn't try to push anything on me. Just wish they had a rental service on the location to rent when your car is in service. Thank you Mitch for getting us in and out without delay.
