Irina Jelinek, Cht. Hypnotherapy

We found Irina online and she was unbelievably helpful and caring. I spoke to her first to explain the situation and when my husband came in for the Session with her, she took her time easing into the 'chat' that needed to be pursued. My husband was skeptical in the beginning, but Irina had this innate ability to get his confidence. I kept well away, to give them the privacy needed. Once the Session was finished, he called me in and said he was so close and needed time to think about what was revealed. Unfortunately, he was flying the next day and never gave himself this time. I emailed Irina, explained the situation, including the fact that my husband had inadvertently deleted the copy of their Session. She was so very patient yet again and emailed us another copy of same. Irina has the patience of a saint, coping with aged people, not very au fait with computers and especially resending information that I should have saved properly. We cannot recommend the services of this lady more highly. With a skeptic who needed the nudge, she scored 100% and the knowledge she gave him to find, she also scored 100%. I have loved my sessions with Irina! She has a very calm presence and creates a very safe, nonjudgmental environment. I feel that she is quite intuitive, and I have always appreciated how thoughtfully she approaches each session or workshop that I have been a part of. My first session was focused on self-care and it was such a positive experience. I felt more in tune with myself and my needs. I'm looking forward to doing more work with her. Highly recommend!

I was both skeptical and extremely hopeful coming into the first session. What I can say is that while it is unrealistic to think that this is a magical fix to all your problems, Irina does open up an opportunity for you to see the best of yourself unapologetically and unabashedly.
Irina managed to calmly guide me to reframe difficult things with grace and compassion.
By my third session I felt refreshed and hopeful. I have still had ups and downs between sessions and since my last session, but I have noticed I come out of each hump feeling like I can still see a bigger picture.

My experience with Irina has been wonderful! For the last 8 years, she has helped me with weight gain, depression and the death of my daughter. Also, she helped me through the death of my father and my dogs. She is now helping me through a very difficult divorce with a narcissist.
